Vice President-Lending
Approachable. Not intimidating.

For Dillon Voltz, banking is about more than numbers. It’s about people, possibilities, and helping individuals/businesses build a strong foundation for the future. As a Vice President of Lending with 10 years of experience, Dillon works with farmers, small business owners, and organizations across a variety of industries to find financing solutions that fit their goals.
Dillon’s connection to Walworth County runs deep. Raised near Zenda and a graduate of Big Foot High School, he grew up participating in the 4-H swine and beef programs at the Walworth County Fair. After earning his bachelor’s degree from UW–River Falls, he returned to the area and settled in Elkhorn, bringing his experience and passion for helping local businesses succeed back to the community that helped shape him. Today, he continues to support the next generation by returning to the Fair each year and helping local agricultural and commercial businesses access the capital they need to grow.
Dillon believes banking should feel approachable, not intimidating. He takes a relationship-first approach, working alongside clients to explore options and develop financing plans that make sense for their long-term goals. His personable, dependable style helps turn what can feel like a complicated process into a collaborative conversation.
His commitment to community extends beyond his career. Dillon is a member of the Lake Geneva Jaycees, serves on the board of the Harvard Community Education Foundation, and has volunteered as a football coach at Big Foot High School. Through these roles, he invests his time in the people, organizations, and opportunities that help local communities thrive.
Outside of work, Dillon enjoys spending time with family and is an avid collector of many things. A devoted family man with a steady, dependable approach—think Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson—Dillon believes the best relationships are built on trust, reliability, and showing up when it matters.
From his roots near Zenda to his work supporting businesses and agriculture throughout Walworth County, Dillon is committed to giving back to the community that helped shape his path. For him, success means helping others move forward and ensuring the next generation has opportunities to do the same.
