Meet Faith Justus

Co-Owner/CEO, Peachy Clean Services

A force to be reckoned with, a heart for her people, and a whole lot of Peachy pride.

Faith Justus believes that a great business should do more than deliver a service—it should change lives. As co-owner and CEO of Peachy Clean Services, she has helped build an award-winning cleaning company that does exactly that, creating local jobs, supporting families, and proving that success means even more when you bring others along with you.

Faith’s journey hasn’t always been easy. After becoming a single mom and, with the help of her best friend, and cousin, Sadie Callender, she helped build Peachy Clean from the ground up in 2019. Today, the company employs around 20 people and has been voted Best of Walworth County in both residential and commercial cleaning for four consecutive years. But for Faith, the most meaningful measure of success isn't found in an award or a growing business—it's found in the people behind it.

A natural problem-solver with an extensive network of local service providers, Faith has a knack for finding solutions and connecting people with the help they need. She brings that same determination to leadership, taking the time to know her employees and their families, celebrating their wins, and standing beside them through difficult seasons. She understands what it means to start over, and she has built a workplace where people can find opportunity, support, and room to grow.

That commitment extends throughout Walworth County. Through Peachy Clean’s Servant’s Heart Program, Faith and her team provide free cleaning services to people in need, along with additional community cleanings for those going through difficult circumstances. She is proud to give back to the community she calls home and to support the local businesses and people who make it special.

Confident, hardworking, and fun-loving, Faith has a softer side that can be easy to miss beneath her strength and quick wit. She is a devoted mom to her two sons, Omri and Ezra, a dog lover to her pup Indie, and an avid fan of the gym, sea glass hunting, audiobooks, and true crime. She also has an uncanny ability to find an answer to almost any question—if there's a problem to solve, Faith is already working on it.

Faith’s story is a reminder that starting over doesn't mean starting from nothing. Sometimes, the hardest chapters give us the tools to build something better. Through Peachy Clean, she has turned resilience into opportunity and personal growth into a positive impact on others. She didn't just come home to Walworth County—she came home and helped make it better.
