Jaret Garcia is a bilingual real estate agent serving Walworth County and surrounding communities, with a passion for helping people find more than a house—she helps them build a foundation for their future. With more than 15 years of customer service experience and a personal, relationship-first approach, Jaret guides buyers and sellers through every step of the real estate process, making sure they feel informed, supported, and confident in their decisions.

Her impact on the community extends well beyond the closing table. A Delavan resident and real estate investor, Jaret has helped breathe new life into downtown storefronts, renovate commercial spaces, and restore residential properties and apartments that provide homes for local individuals and families. One of her most significant projects involved renovating an entire strip mall, welcoming four additional businesses to Delavan and contributing to the city's growing business community.

Jaret has also worked closely with the City of Delavan on downtown revitalization efforts, including improvements to local buildings and the historic brick road corridor. Recognizing that small businesses are essential to a thriving community, she has helped Hispanic business owners navigate the city's façade grant program, generously sharing her time and expertise at no cost. For Jaret, these efforts aren't about a commission or a return on investment—they're about helping others access opportunities, bring their ideas to life, and build something of their own.

Her dedication to real estate has earned her numerous accolades, including Rookie of the Year after selling more than 20 properties in her first six months. In fewer than five years, she has helped clients buy and sell more than 100 properties while earning multiple years of Executive Club, Platinum, 20% Club, and Hustle awards. Yet Jaret measures success by more than numbers. Outside of work, Jaret is a devoted mom whose favorite role is spending time with her young daughter. Together, they enjoy crafts, books, storytime, and plenty of activities. She also loves gardening, taking walks, and staying active—finding joy in the simple things that make a house feel like home.
