Meet Juan Carlos Martinez

Real Estate Agent/Soccer Coach

Building Stronger Communities, One Home and One Young Athlete at a Time

For Juan Carlos Martinez, giving back means investing in the place he calls home. Having grown up in Walworth County, Juan chose to raise his own family here, and he continues to strengthen the community through two passions: real estate and youth soccer.

As a real estate agent with Keefe & Associates at Compass, Juan brings more than 12 years of experience helping people buy, sell, and invest in residential and commercial properties throughout Walworth County. He has helped hundreds of residents find homes and businesses find spaces to grow, supporting the people and local enterprises that make the area thrive. For Juan, real estate is about more than closing deals—it’s about helping people take important steps toward building their futures in a community he knows and loves.

His commitment to the next generation extends well beyond his professional work. Through MSC Soccer Coaching, the soccer coaching business he founded, Juan spends hours developing young players’ skills, confidence, and love for the game. He has volunteered with local recreation department soccer programs and offers free coaching sessions to give more children access to instruction and mentorship.

Recently, Juan combined his passion for soccer with a practical way to help local families by hosting a free youth soccer training session that collected more than 100 food pantry items. Participants brought canned goods to support a local food pantry, turning time on the field into an opportunity to help neighbors facing food insecurity.

Juan believes youth sports can teach lessons that last far beyond the game: teamwork, discipline, confidence, and the importance of supporting others. By making coaching accessible and creating opportunities for young players to grow, he helps strengthen not only their athletic abilities but also their connection to the community.

Whether he’s helping a family find a home, supporting a local business, volunteering his time on the soccer field, or organizing a food donation effort, Juan leads through action. His impact is visible in the families he serves, the young athletes he mentors, and the community connections he continues to build.

For Juan, Walworth County isn’t simply where he works—it’s where he grew up, where he is raising his family, and where he wants the next generation to have every opportunity to succeed.
