Cook, Manager, & Head of Operations, Patti's Deli Too
A big heart, a strong work ethic, as laid back as Adam Sandler, and as determined as Gordon Ramsay.

Born and raised in Walworth County, Sasha Evans has spent much of her life in the family business. She started working in her mom’s deli at just nine years old, learning early that good food, hard work, and genuine connections are the ingredients that bring a community together. Today, with more than a decade of experience in the culinary industry, Sasha manages operations at the family’s second deli location, helping build a future for the business while serving up fresh, homemade food every day.
Building a business takes determination, but Sasha’s journey has also required resilience through difficult times and personal challenges. Her approach? Keep a positive mindset, find something to laugh about, and remember that the sun will rise again. Funny, strong-willed, and fiercely dedicated, she brings her heart and soul to the kitchen and works to make the journey a little smoother for everyone around her.
Sasha’s commitment extends beyond the deli counter. She regularly supports local organizations and community initiatives in Delavan and throughout Walworth County with donations, gift cards, and discounts. For her, being part of a community means showing up, lending a hand, and giving back whenever possible.
Her roots run deep in Delavan, where her grandfather, a former chief of police, was a familiar face around town—and Sasha was his little sidekick, always waving and greeting people along the way. That same warmth and genuine spirit remain part of who she is today. When she’s not working, Sasha enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs, playing cornhole, getting out for a good time, and laughing at just about anything. She even finds joy in sitting outside looking up at the sky. In her words, “Some of the simplest things in life can be so rewarding”.
Sasha believes in focusing on the good, staying strong through life’s challenges, and treating people with kindness. Through her hard work, community support, and dedication to her family’s business, she is building more than a deli—she’s helping carry forward a local legacy, one homemade meal and one genuine connection at a time.
